SaydiVoice Terms of Service
These terms govern your rights and obligations when you access, create an account for, or use SaydiVoice text-to-speech, voice cloning, voice design and dubbing services at voice.saydi.ai.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing voice.saydi.ai, creating an account, submitting text or audio to the system, or downloading content generated by SaydiVoice, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and by Saydi's privacy policy.
These terms form the complete agreement between you and Saydi AI and have the legal effect of a service contract. Any form of confirmation on the system — ticking the box at sign-up, continuing to use the service after these terms are updated, or paying for a plan — has the same effect as your signature.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the service. If you use SaydiVoice on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
2. Definitions and data categories
Personal data means information in the form of symbols, writing, numbers, images, sound or similar information in an electronic environment that is associated with a specific individual or helps identify a specific individual. Within SaydiVoice, data falls into two categories:
- Input data: text you type, document files, voice samples, subtitles, video or audio you upload for processing.
- Output data: audio or video files generated by SaydiVoice from your input data, including audio processed for voice, pace and intonation.
Roles in the processing of data are defined as follows:
- Data subject: the individual the personal data relates to — for example the speaker in a recording you upload for voice cloning.
- Data controller: the organisation that decides the purposes and means of processing. For the data you submit to SaydiVoice, you are the controller.
- Data processor: the organisation that processes data on behalf of the controller. Saydi AI is the processor of your input data.

3. What SaydiVoice provides
SaydiVoice is an artificial-intelligence voice service provided by Saydi AI at voice.saydi.ai. It includes:
- Text-to-speech: turn written text into audio using a library of built-in voices across many languages and accents.
- Voice cloning: create a reusable voice from a short recording you supply.
- Voice design: create a new voice from a written description.
- Dubbing and translation: translate audio, video and subtitles into other languages.
- API and developer tools: integrate these capabilities into your own application following the API reference published at /docs/.
SaydiVoice offers a limited free tier and paid plans that raise your character allowance. We may add, change or retire a feature at any time; changes that materially reduce what you have already paid for will be announced in advance within a reasonable period.
4. Accounts, age and security
Age and capacity: you must be at least 16 years old and have full legal capacity to use the service. Anyone under 16 may use SaydiVoice only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for that minor's activity.
Accounts: some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, not share your account with others, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you detect unauthorised access.
Official channels: the service may only be used through Saydi AI's official channels. We are not responsible for losses arising from using the service through unauthorised third parties, or from buying, selling or transferring an account.
5. Saydi AI's rights and responsibilities
Personal data protection: Saydi AI collects only the information needed to create an account, operate the service and support customers. We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties except where necessary to deliver the service (for example hosting and payment processing) or where the law requires it.
Monitoring and enforcement: we may use automated detection and alerting tools to prevent unlawful content, child sexual abuse material, fraud and infrastructure abuse. Where we detect a violation we may refuse to process content, remove it, suspend or terminate your access, and report to the competent authority where the law requires.
Service quality: we work to keep the service stable and accurate but do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. AI-generated results can contain mistakes, especially with abbreviations, proper nouns, figures and specialist terminology. Review output before publishing it or relying on it for anything important.
Artificial-intelligence law compliance: Saydi AI is the developer and provider of an artificial-intelligence system under Vietnam's Law on Artificial Intelligence No. 134/2025/QH15. We classify the system's risk level, perform the provider's transparency duties — including ensuring that audio generated by the system carries the marking required in machine-readable form — and implement those duties on the transitional timetable the Law sets for systems already in operation when it took effect. Where you use SaydiVoice in professional, commercial or service-providing activity you are a deployer and carry the parallel transparency duties set out in section 8 and in our voice consent policy.

6. Limitation of liability
SaydiVoice is a supporting tool. Saydi AI does not take part in controlling or processing the personal data contained in your input, and is therefore not liable for:
- Loss arising from the content of your input data or from how you use the output data.
- Third-party claims relating to intellectual property, image rights, privacy, reputation or honour in the content you generate.
- Misuse, modification or unauthorised use of output data by you or by others.
- Loss caused by viruses, cyber-attacks, infrastructure incidents, power outages or other events beyond our reasonable control.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties other than those that cannot be excluded by law. Saydi AI's total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

- Scan, penetration-test, damage, reverse-engineer or otherwise interfere with the service's infrastructure.
- Circumvent quotas, authentication, anti-abuse controls, or use automated tools to exploit the service.
- Generate advertising, medical, legal or financial content that misleads consumers.

If your breach of these terms or of the law exposes Saydi AI to a claim, proceeding, penalty or any loss, you are responsible for resolving it at your own cost and for indemnifying Saydi AI for all resulting damage, reasonable expenses and legal fees. 8. Voice cloning, impersonation and AI-generated content
Voice cloning may only be used where you own the voice or hold clear permission from its owner, recorded in writing or an equivalent durable form. You must be able to evidence that permission on request.
You must not use a cloned voice to impersonate someone, to put words in their mouth they never said, or to deceive listeners in sensitive contexts such as news, politics, finance, health and legal matters.
When you publish AI-generated content publicly you are responsible for complying with applicable AI-labelling rules, with the policy of the platform you publish on, and with reasonable transparency practice — including making clear that a voice is synthetic where listeners could otherwise believe it is a real person.
Saydi AI may remove a cloned voice, block an account or report to the competent authority where there are signs of impersonation, fraud or harm to another person's rights.
The detailed conditions for consent, what a consent record must contain, a consent letter template and the removal process for a voice used without permission are set out in our voice consent policy — an inseparable part of these terms.

Article 11. Transparency duties — AI Law 134/2025/QH15
The deployer must ensure that audio, images or video created or edited by an artificial-intelligence system to simulate or replicate the appearance or voice of a real person, or to recreate real events, are labelled in an easily recognisable way to distinguish them from real content.

9. Personal data protection
We process personal data in accordance with Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection and other applicable Vietnamese law. The categories of data we collect, the purposes of processing, retention periods and the third parties involved are described in our privacy policy.
Key points in summary:
- You are the controller of the input data you upload; Saydi AI processes it as a processor and only to provide the service to you.
- Voice-cloning samples and the audio you generate are not used to train our AI models.
- You may access, correct and delete your data, withdraw consent, request restricted processing and request account deletion. Some rights may be limited where the law requires us to retain records.

10. Copyright and intellectual property
Owned by Saydi AI: the voice.saydi.ai website, its interface, source code, model technology, the Saydi and SaydiVoice marks, and every voice in the built-in voice library — including voices generated automatically by the system — are the property of Saydi AI or its licensors.
Owned by you: you retain rights in the input data you provide. For output data you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence, revocable if you breach these terms, to use it for personal and commercial purposes — including video, podcasts, advertising, learning material and digital products.
Limits: you may not resell, sublicense or redistribute the SaydiVoice voice library as a standalone product, use output data to train a competing voice model, or claim ownership of the technology that produced the audio.
Cloned voices: rights in a voice you clone belong to the subject of that voice, not to Saydi AI. You are solely responsible for obtaining lawful consent and for any claim relating to a cloned voice.
Saydi AI warrants that output data you generate with built-in library voices does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights.
11. Plans, payment and refunds
Allowances and plans: the free tier has a limited usage allowance that may be adjusted to protect service quality. Paid plans raise the monthly allowance; unused allowance does not roll over into the next period unless your plan states otherwise.
Payment: transactions are processed by authorised payment partners. Saydi AI does not store card numbers or sensitive payment details on its servers. Prices and plan contents are listed on the pricing page and may change for the next renewal period, with advance notice for active plans.
Refunds: once you have completed payment, Saydi AI has no obligation to refund the value of a plan, except where the law requires it or where the payment policy applying to your transaction provides otherwise. Allowance already consumed is not refundable. If a technical fault prevents you from using the service, contact customer support and we will resolve it.
Cancellation: you may cancel a recurring plan at any time in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until the period you paid for ends.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, abuse the service, fail to pay, or where continuing to provide the service would be unlawful. Where termination is for breach, fees already paid for the remaining period are not refunded.
You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time. After deletion, data tied to your account is handled as described in the privacy policy; some records may be retained for the periods required by law for accounting, tax or dispute purposes.
13. Changes to these terms
Saydi AI may change these terms at any time, provided the change does not breach applicable law or remove rights you have already lawfully acquired.
Changes are published on this page with a new update date and take effect when posted, unless the new text states a different effective date. For material changes that affect your rights or obligations we will give notice by registered email or in-app notification before the change takes effect.
Continuing to use the service after the effective date means you accept the new terms. If you do not agree, you may stop using the service and request deletion of your account.
14. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of this document is held invalid or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will stay in full force. The parties will replace the severed provision with a valid one whose economic effect and purpose come closest to the original.
This document, together with our Privacy Policy, the plan and credit policy and the policies they reference, forms the entire agreement between you and Saydi AI for the SaydiVoice service and supersedes any prior discussion, proposal or agreement on the same subject.
Our failure to enforce any right under this document is not a waiver of that right. You may not assign your rights and obligations under this document to a third party without Saydi AI's prior written consent; Saydi AI may assign its rights and obligations in a restructuring, merger or sale of assets, provided your rights are not reduced.
15. Governing law and dispute resolution
Governing law: these terms and all activity relating to the service are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Matters not addressed here are resolved under applicable law.
Negotiation first: if a dispute arises, the parties will first attempt to resolve it through good-faith negotiation within 30 days of one party giving the other written notice at the contact details on file.
Jurisdiction: if negotiation fails, the dispute will be brought before the competent People's Court in Hanoi, Vietnam. The court's judgment is final and binding on both parties.
16. Legal information and contact
SaydiVoice is operated in Vietnam by SotaX Company Limited (Tax Code: 0111361643) at 2nd Floor, CIC Tower, No. 1 Nguyen Thi Due, Yen Hoa Ward, Hanoi City.
For any question, support request or complaint about these terms, use our contact page or email contact@saydi.ai. We aim to reply within three business days.
